Let’s get one thing straight: We all have different opinions on which “Spider-Man” movie is best. Whether or not Andrew Garfield, Tobey Maguire or Tom Holland is your Peter Parker, we can all agree on one thing: the music from the first movie is undoubtedly the best. No, seriously, I’ll fight you on this. And thankfully, it appears Lindsey Stirling agrees.
Collaborating with concert pianist Lang Lang, violin supremo Lindsey shared a stunning new cover of the main “Spider-Man” theme, composed by Danny Elfman for the 2002 movie. Shot on both a web-covered New York rooftop set and in two separate film noire-esque sets, Lang Lang and Lindsey duke it out over the familiar theme on piano and violin, with some epic orchestral backing.
