Earlier in the week, we broke the news that Felix would be leaking his cancelled YouTube Red series, Scare PewDiePie, if one of his tweets got 100,000 retweets. Whilst he hasn’t technically hit that target yet, it seems like Felix was proper eager to let everyone see his show, because he just released the very first episode onto this YouTube channel for the world to see… kinda.
The episode, which at the time of writing has over 3 million views after being live for only 16 hours, does feature PewDiePie being scared… but by Brad, and not the likes of JackSepticEye and Markiplier as we all expected. After trolling us all last year when it came to deleting his YouTube channel after hitting 50 million subscribers, how could we possibly fall for it all again so soon?!
You can see the “first episode” of Scare PewDiePie right here.
After Felix is seen throwing himself in fear around the newly furnished Revelmode offices, it cuts back to him sat at his computer talking sincerely to the camera about how he legally cannot leak the show. In addition to the legal ramifications, he takes the time to tell fans about what the show could have been and how upset he is that the show was cancelled not just for him, but for everyone else who worked on it: “It’s a shame, it’s a damn shame”.
We could have seen Markiplier eat pig testicles. We could have seen CinnamonToastKen be “dipped in sh*t”. And we could have seen even more antics from the likes of Ethan and Hila, and Anthony Padilla. Felix seems genuinely remorseful that his actions had to spoil such a fantastic opportunity for so many people “because of some stupid f*cking jokes”, especially after he suffered “literally the worst month” of his life.
