Summer in the City 2016 just got way more exciting!

The ever-growing SitC lineup just got even bigger, with a bunch of new featured creators added last night – and so far the event is looking amazing.

Taking place in August at London’s ExCeL centre, Summer In The City will feature a huge host of influential YouTubers. They’ll be performing on stage, speaking on panels and workshops, and of course, doing the much-coveted meet & greets and signings (which attendees will be able to enter a ballot for closer to the event).

The latest SitC lineup announcement kicked off with some big favourites. Twin YouTubers Niki ‘n’ Sammy AND Lucy & Lydia will be returning to the event for yet another year!

A couple of newcomers to the event include gamer Ashley Mariee and LA-based filmmakers Luke Korns and Mikey Murphy.

But this was the biggest announcement of the night: For the first time ever, singer-songwriter and YouTuber Ricky Dillon is going to SitC!

With the event getting closer and closer, fans are being leaked a lot of exciting new information about this year’s SitC. And some might even be able to get a taster of the event months before it actually happens, if they’re heading to MCM’s London Comic Con next weekend…

MCM’s acquisition of SitC means they’re officially a part of the family – and that includes getting involved with Comic Con’s signature YouTube sub-event VidFest UK. SitC will have their own booth at Comic Con with merch for the event, YouTuber merch, and are also planning to host a couple of meetups with creators such as Evan Edinger, Noodlerella, and Jack & Dean.
