The #VidCon2016 hashtag is on fire right now. The 25,000-strong conference might have taken place all the way over in Anaheim, California, but Twitter is made us feel like we were there.
We already know all big industry stuff that’s been announced on day one – YouTube Red revealed a list of new shows coming to the channel next year, plus announces a new mobile livestream feature, commissioned it’s first ever Hollywood style series, a Dan and Phil documentary and a second SMOSH movie. Oh, and VidCon casually let slip that they were going global.
What else have us non-VidCon-ers missed?

Q&As were in full swing

There were premieres and panel talks aplenty
Things got a little bit sexy
The meet-ups looked like ALL the fun
There’s gonna be another SMOSH movie
Party levels were cranked up to 11
Olga Kay’s been dressing everyone
As ever, Maker Studios are cranking up the tunes
Bethan Leadley and our very own Liam Dryden also met some cool dogs
Tyler Oakley’s merch was a hit…
…As was his Fantastic Beasts appearance
Everyone got a tiny bit sleepy
Many of you are sad you weren’t there.
