We recently reported that the brand new YouTube Space London would feature a Creator Store– a place accessible to everyone (YouTuber and non-YouTube alike) which would stock everything from Dan and Phil merch to Zoella’s beauty range. The store had planned a September launch and we can now reveal it’ll be open on Monday 26th September, for all your merchandise and YouTube needs.
Here’s the low down…
Where Is The YouTube Creator Store?
Just like the UK YouTube Space, the Creator Store is based in London and a stones throw from Kings Cross/St Pancras station which connects London to everywhere from Nottingham to the Netherlands. If you’re a YouTuber with over 10,000 subscribers then you’ll be able to film in the Space, but for us regular folk, it’s basically out of bounds. However, the Creator Store is attached to the Space meaning you’ll get to soak up the environment and maybe even spot one of your faves on the way in.
What Are The Opening Times For The YouTube Creator Store?
Once it opens at the end of September, the store will be open at the following times:
Monday-Wednesday: 10am – 7pm
Thursday-Friday: 10am – 830pm
Saturday: 10am – 6pm
What Merchandise Is Available In The YouTube Creator Store?
YouTube themselves have told us to expect everything from books to cosmetics and gadgets to clothing. If we had to guess, we reckon there’ll be a bunch of the new Dan and Phil galaxy merchandise, books from all your favourites like Marcus Butler, PewDiePie, Miranda Sings and Shane Dawson and cosmetics from Tanya Burr, Fleur de Force and Zoella.
We’re going to have no money. Ever.
Will There Be Meet And Greets At The YouTube Creator Store?
There will indeed! Fancy getting your book signed by your favourite vlogger? Or maybe meeting them at the launch of their new clothing collection? YouTube have promised the Creator Store to be the ultimate destination for fans to relish in their fandom and that includes meet and greets.
Let us know if you’ll be heading down and you may well spot a rogue Unicorn there!
