An overview of the events that took place at YouTube HQ
- Police respond to 911 calls
Police respond to multiple 911 calls from the YouTube Headquarters in Northern California.

- YouTube employees are evacuated
They are made to leave the building with their hands raised as police attempt to find the shooter.
- Victims are taken to hospital
At this point it has become clear that it was a targeted attack.
- Local hospital states that it is treating three victims
Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital stated that they are treating three shooting victims. These were identified as a 36-year-old man, who is in critical condition, a 32-year-old woman, who is in serious condition and a 27-year-old woman, who is in fair condition. Their names have no yet been released.
- A suspect is identified
San Bruno Police announce that they have a suspect, 39 year old Nasim Aghdam. Here is everything we know so far about Aghdam and why she may have carried out this attack.
- YouTube's CEO issues statement

Many YouTubers took to social media to offer messages of support and solidarity, as well as to demand changes be made to prevent attacks like this happening again.
