Whether you've been to Japan and loved it, have an addiction or sushi or just find yourself increasingly intrigued by Japanese lolita street style, there's a bunch of YouTubers out there from the UK and America who have fully embraced the lifestyle in their own country. From those who have found idol level fame in Tokyo to those who just have a great eye for style, these are the five females you need to subscribe to now.

Beckii Cruel

Beckii was just a schoolgirl on the Isle of Man when she hit the big time in Japan thanks to uploading her dance moves on YouTube. In a few short years she's gone on to achieve insane fame in Japan with her music and modelling and is now turning her hand to fashion design. One of the most interesting people YouTube has to offer, Beckii's channel needs to be in your subs box.

Kelsey Ellison

Kelsey is a fellow Brit, residing in the North of England and with a an accent which doesn't match her style! Kelsey is adorable and her channel features a lot of JPOP music videos with some fashion hauls thrown in, too.

A Canadian vlogger, Sachie's channel is a great introduction to all things anime, manga and Cosplay. If you're wanting to explore that side of Japanese culture, Sachie offers an intelligent, well informed and charismatic view into the cosplay world.

A mix of lifestyle and kawaii videos, MeepyGal showcases every aspect of her life. An avid filmmaker, Meepy's videos are always well edited and we love her cosplay Q&As.;

Probably the most kawaii of the ladies featured, Noodlerella has amassed nearly 150,00o subscribers thanks to her fashion and beauty tutorials and incredible kawaii style. Noodle, AKA Connie, is obsessed with all things Disney and is pretty well known for her impressions and cover.

Now, who's up for some bubble tea and dorayaki?
