One of the best things about YouTube is that it's taught us to love our size. From body confidence videos to stars telling us their stories- it doesn't matter what size, shape, race or sex you are, you'll be accepted by the YouTube community. But, of course, we're all intimidated by certain situations on a day to day basis.

Social media has given the fitness industry a huge boost- whether it be brands hopping on the #fitspo trend on Instagram or inspirational people like Cassey Ho launching Blogilates. Thanks to YouTube, not only can we learn how to blend our bronzer perfectly or laugh until we cry at our favourite pranksters, we can also do some amazing at-home workouts.

One of the oldest exercises in the world is yoga and whether using it for ultimate zen or to tone your body. Long gone are the days when yoga was for the super elite and you had to be incredibly toned to give it a go. These days, everyone knows flexibility has nothing to do with shape and size and, anyway, exercise is all about having fun.
