Did y'all vote for them?
For the past few weeks, The Radio Times have been getting fans of pretty much every media type to vote in their competition for the best stars in the United Kingdom. From reality shows, comedians and even soap actors, fans voted in their millions for their favourite personalities, and when it came to the Online category... y'all truly smashed it when it came to supporting your champions.
In a competition seeking out the very best in entertainment, the Saccone-Joly's have just been declared Online Championships thanks to an overwhelming amount of #friendliestfriends voting for them throughout the knock out stages. In the semi-finals they were able to score more votes than both Dan Howell and Louise Pentland, and stopped Carrie Hope Fletcher from winning the award with nearly 400,000 votes!

After Phil Lester won the 2015 Online Championship, it looked like Dan was going to come and snatch this years award for the Phandom once again, but his fanbase were just no match for the Saccone-Joly's! The next step for the family is to take on seven Champions from all of the other media categories; Comedy, Reality, Drama, Factual, Entertainment, Sci-Fi and Soap. The final round will begin in early August.
Keep your eyes peeled on the site and the Saccone-Joly Twitter accounts for more information as to when the next round begins - whether you're a part of the #friendliestfriends clan or not, we NEED to see more YouTubers winning titles and proving to the mainstream media that they're a force to be reckoned with.
