What do you think?

We can't deny that Bethany Leigh has had a pretty emotional year: she was banned from her high school prom for being a YouTuber, revealed that she'd been catfished by her best friends and proudly came out as bi-sexual to her almost 150,000 subscribers. Obviously, these are all stories that need to be told, but it seems as though someone is targeting Bethany for speaking her mind - and she thinks it's her old high school.

The YouTuber, that isn't shy when it comes to publishing 'storytime' videos, uploaded her most recent vlog yesterday (Tuesday 23rd August), entitled "MY SCHOOL HACKED MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL?!". In the video she shared with us her belief that her old high school is attacking her channel and taking down her videos, where she speaks negatively about her school, one by one.

If you didn't already know, Bethany's channel was hacked last month and three of her most popular 'storytime' videos, that had received almost one million views, had been deleted. She of course contacted YouTube, hoping for answers, but they claimed that they hadn't deleted them and had no record of any of Bethany's videos being reported.

The YouTuber then recalled that the only public place she had ever logged into her channel was at her old high school, who Bethany obviously doesn't have a great relationship with. She had already explained in her "MY SCHOOL SUED ME AND BANNED ME FROM PROM" video (which happens to be one of the videos that was deleted) that the school rang her mum and asked for Bethany to take down one of her video's where she recounted the level of bullying and mental health problems she had experienced whilst at school - so it would make sense for them to want her videos removed.

Obviously, Bethany isn't completely sure and did disclaim at the beginning of the video: "I don't know 100%. The title has question marks in it cause I'm not sure it's true or not, but I have a very strong feeling that it was." The videos that were deleted have now been re-uploaded onto Bethany's channel, but all of the views and comments on the originals are completely gone.
