Last night's BRIT Awards were pretty spectacular- from Katy Perry's falling house dancer to The 1975 winning their first BRIT award, everyone who was everyone in music turned out to celebrate. However, it was the tribute to some of the late, great musicians that we lost in 2016 - including Christina Grimmie - that really left us speechless.
Alongside the likes of Prince, George Michael and David Bowie, the 90 second tribute also mentioned Christina Grimmie and it's safe to say there was not a dry eye in the house. Click play on the video below to see her tribute:
Her inclusion in the segement has been praised by Christina's fans across the world and comes just under two weeks after Christina was left out of the in memoriam tribute at The Grammy's.
Fans were quick to take to Twitter to give their thoughts on her BRIT Awards tribute and to share their own tributes to Christina Grimmie:

If you're unaware of what happened to Christina, the star was tragically shot by an obsessive fan after playing a concert in Florida, in June 2016. Aged just 22, the star was innocently signing autographs and meeting fans before being approached by 27 year old Kevin James Loibl and killed.
Christina's murder sent shockwaves around the world. Whilst the YouTube and music community continue to mourn her death, Christina's family are doing everything they can to support her memory and have recently released a single from Christina called 'Invisible'. Money made from the single will go straight towards a foundation in Christina's name. The foundation spreads awareness and raise money for some of the causes Christina was so passionate about, including animal welfare, breast cancer awareness and ending bullying.
Despite the fact that Christina passed away nine months ago, her memory is shining on and her talent is being seen by more people than ever. We were incredibly moved to see Christina appear in the BRIT Awards in memoriam tribute and are so proud to see her millions of fans keeping her memory alive.
