You go, girl!
Christine Sydelko, of Elijah and Christine fame, has become a spokesperson for loving who you are and self-acceptance. So it's no wonder that after being bombarded with a bunch of comments about her weight on social media, she wasn't going to take it lying down.
It all started when Christine uploaded this image to Twitter.
Christine asked her fans why she looked like both a toddler and an old man at the same time (lol).
why do I look like a toddler and old man at the same time pic.twitter.com/mPB7SAqCM0— Christine Sydelko (@csydelko) June 27, 2017
And because this is the Internet, a lot of people jumped on Christine about her weight and how she looks.
This is when Christine faced the trolls and came back hard. Replying to one Twitter user who claimed Christine looked both like a toddler and an old man because she was "unhealthy" and apparently refuses to do anything about it but "use it for RTs and likes", Christine put him firmly in his place.
I was commenting on how I was dressed why do you literal monsters always make it about my weight??? https://t.co/YOX8ZMreQo— Christine Sydelko (@csydelko) June 28, 2017
"I was commenting on how I was dressed why do you literal monsters always make it about my weight???" [sic].
Of course, this wasn't enough and people continued to have a go at Christine for her size.
So when Christine tweeted the following, the whole world seemed to go a collective "YAS, QUEEN!":
people really cannot stand seeing a fat girl that doesn't hate herself for being fat— Christine Sydelko (@csydelko) June 28, 2017
We're proud of Christine Sydelko for not being afraid to fire back at the haters and say what's on her mind. Werk it, girl!
