The couple are due to appear in court later this year.
The parents behind the infamous "DaddyOFive" YouTube account have been charged with child neglect, according to reports.
In April this year, American parents Mike and Heather Martin faced accusations of child abuse after sharing a (now-deleted) video to their channel; which appeared to show Mike encouraging their son to slap their daughter in the face. Shortly after the backlash, Mike and Heather issued a public apology. But on May 2, it emerged that Mike and Heather had been placed in emergency custody with their birth mother, Rose Hill.
Now, DaddyOFive parents Mike and Heather Martin have reportedly been charged with neglect.
According to court documents shared by journalist Nick Monroe, two charges of "neglect of a minor" were filed against Mike and Heather on July 27th. The documents state that the alleged offences took place between 1st November 2016 and 30th April 2017 - which coincides with the point at which the couple were first called out.

The documents have now been updated with court dates.
According to documents pertaining to Mike Martin's case, a plea hearing has been scheduled for 9th November.
Yesterday, Heather Martin released a message to supporters on Twitter.
The message reads:
Please don't worry TeamO5. Mike, the Boys [not including the two children who were placed in emergency custody earlier this year] and I are all home and ok. One thing I have learned about this crazy internet work is people are always looking for a one-sided story to tell. Especially when it is not the appropriate time for the other side to discuss it. When that time comes we will share our story. Until then, thank you so much for the continued love and support. It really does mean the world to us. Remember to fight hate with love.
