We cannot believe this happened!

If you hadn't already guessed, the Dolan Twins are two very sought-after young men. With millions of fans spread over literally every single social media platform you could think of, it's no great surprise that when the 16-year-old boys announced they would be heading out on tour every single fangirl within a 100 mile radius rushed to buy tickets. However, what no one could have anticipated was seven fans actually being taken to hospital after being crushed on the opening night...

Kicking off in the New Jersey iPlay America Arena on the 5th of June, Ethan and Grayson Dolan started their 4OU tour to over 2,000 very excited young fans. Things went wrong very quickly after fans in the front two rows "started trampling each other" when the twins came on stage and took their shirts off. The situation worsened around at 7.30pm when the emergency services had to be called to the venue to halt the show and treat injured attendees, including begging people to move back and sit down.

The Dolan twins briefly stopped the show for an hour whilst girls were treated after suffering from "panic attacks, anxiety and shortness of breath", with seven teens even being taken to the Jersey Shore University Medical Centre on stretchers. In the break, Grayson tweeted out to fans waiting eagerly back in the arena; "For everyone at the New Jersey show right now. Please take a seat and a deep breath. Once everyone is seated the show will continue. Love u". Thankfully, the show was able to continue and fans were treated to a meet-and-greet afterwards.

After news broke in the local area about the emergency services having to rescue fans that were hyperventilating, the iPlay America Arena suffered backlash from attendees and parents. They have since posted this statement on their Facebook; “This evening during the Dolan Twins concert at iPlay America, some guests crowded toward the stage which caused some of those who were closest to the stage to panic. Some complained of losing their breath. We alleviated the crowding asap, asking all guests to sit on the floor for the remainder of the concert. As a precaution, ambulances were called to the scene. There were no serious injuries".
