Wow that's infuriating
As far as social media hacks go, this one is pretty damn ingenious. Devious... but ingenious. Chinese sneaker manufacturer Kaiwei Ni created an Instagram advert which featured a picture of a hair on it. This tricked users into thinking there was a real hair on their screen. When they swiped their screens to brush the hair away - they swiped up on the ad.
Sneaky, eh? Instagram were not best pleased and removed the advert after users flagged it up.
