We the Unicorns

Honestly, this video is ridiculous.

We all love going to conventions and meet-ups to try to snap a selfie with our favourite social media stars, but what happens when fans take it too far and do more than just pose for the camera? Jacob Sartorius just found out what happens when one fan decided to smack him around the head and run off into the distance, cackling like a child. Oh and don't worry, she filmed the whole thing and uploaded it to the Internet.

In the video, the girl, Clauda Erazo, is seen cosying up to Jacob in a very short, five second clip. Before she strikes him, Jacob does his signature peace pose for the camera and expects just another normal photo with an excited follower. However, he clearly doesn't expect to be smacked around the back of his head before watching her run away screaming. The smack seems pretty hard as well, judging that you can literally hear the WHACK of her hand hit his head, before Jacob can be heard shouting "owww". You can check out the footage below.

When the video was first posted, it barely got noticed and quickly faded into obscurity. However, in the last couple of days, Jacob Sartorius fans have discovered the video and launched a full on assault upon Clauda's Instagram and Twitter accounts. Particularly on her Instagram, Jacob fans were leaving comments such as "Honestly what you did was so f*cking disgusting" and "If I ever see in the street you gonna get f*cked up imma jump yo ass b*tch we don't play games"... please remember that most of these comments come from 13-year-olds!

Since the video has skyrocketed her to viral fame amongst Sartorius fans, Clauda has since actually MET Jacob and shared a snap of the two of them with the caption; "We're cool now". However, most of his fans are still upset and angry that someone was able to smack their idol and get away with it. What do you think about all this drama? Let us know in the comments below whether you think Clauda was just having fun, or whether she took Jacob's safety for granted.
