Watch out PewDiePie.
We're a big fan of YouTuber gaming channels here at Unicorns HQ; whether we're discussing PewDiePie's latest drama or rounding up the most fire GIFs of JackSepticEye - we're always keeping you in the know. But today's gaming news is something a little different.
If you're a fan of British television you will have no doubt heard of the Inbetweeners, a TV show about a group of lads just trying to make it through school. One of these iconic 'lads' was Jay Cartwright, a filthy mouthed, constant liar who had his own catchphrase "Completed it, mate". Remember him? Well, after the Inbetweeners, Jay and the actor who played him, James Buckley, went AWOL - but now he's made a comeback with his very own gaming YouTube channel.
The channel, which James launched over three months ago, is called 'Completed It Mate' (of course) and has already received over 43,000 subscribers - watch out Pewds! It's clear from James' introduction video that he's a bit of a retro gamer with a pretty hefty collection of old school consoles including the Sega Mega Drive and the Nintendo NES.
He also explained in his first video that "It used to be that being into computer games was a solitary thing... but I like that attitudes are changing and people are looking at computer games as a social thing." James is embracing this attitude himself and has already featured a collab on his channel with the YouTube FIFA star Spencer FC. Oooo friends.
James' channel has already seen a mix of vlogs from events, game-play footage and even a Q&A;, but what we're all really hoping for is a Pokemon Go video with the rest of the Inbetweeners cast. We're pretty sure Jay could "Complete it, mate."
Let us know what you think about James' channel in the comments and in the meantime, make sure to check out our latest instalment of SLAY or NAY to catch up with all of this weeks YouTube news.
