JoJo Siwa asked to be turned into a meme - and it didn't go well.

15-year-old YouTuber and former Dance Moms star JoJo Siwa has just found herself the target of the same viral fake homophobic meme that recently plagued Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown on Twitter.

It all started when JoJo tweeted a picture of herself with the caption "I'm ready to become a meme."

.

At first, her fans were responding with wholesome memes with captions like "when you get socks for christmas" and "when someone explains something to you 5 times and you still don’t get it." Others, however, responded with a "you asked for it" mentality and started hurling all sorts of inappropriate memes at her.

Homophobic memes, racists memes, sexually inappropriate memes, memes depicting sexual assault and even memes about her physical appearance, including her hairline were all sent directly to JoJo's Twitter account. Here's a few examples - all which of which are fake and photoshopped.

.

Earlier this year, Millie Bobby Brown was turned into a homophobic meme by the internet. She ended up deleting her Twitter account and closing the comment section on her Instagram because of the sheer amount of people harassing her online and calling her homophobic.

It's not funny nor is it clever to create memes like that about 15 year old girls. No matter how fake they are, making offensive and homophobic memes at the expense of anyone isn't cute.

JoJo doesn't appear to have responded to any of the offensive memes yet but she did reply to a supportive tweet from Eva Gutowski and it doesn't seem like she's paying them much attention at all.
