He'll be facing up to 10 years in prison.

A YouTuber who was arrested earlier on in 2016 has been found guilty for selling guns to felons and criminals via his YouTube channel, a Colorado judge has ruled. Kenneth Francis, a 28-year-old gun enthusiastic from Denver, posted videos on his channel that would advertise to potential clients his ability to buy guns for them for the small fee of $50, as long as they had a state ID. He will be facing up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

A source at 9News, the website who broke the story, were able to watch one of Kenneth's videos entitled 'Need Help Getting A Gun?' before it was taken down from his channel. In the video, Francis talks about how he was "getting sick and tired of all this crap that's going on" and how it was "really starting to piss [him] off, so if you have a felony or whatever, contact [him]". Beneath this video, Kenneth listed his fees, email address and phone number in the description.

The YouTuber was caught selling guns to undercover officers in January when he handed over an AR-15 style rifle, the gun that is notoriously used in various terrorist attacks and mass-shootings across the world. Only ten days later, Kenneth then bought two semi-automatic handguns for another convicted felon that turned out to be a confidential informant for a federal law enforcement within the Department of Justice called the ATF - The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Kenneth Francis is scheduled for his sentencing on the 27th of October after being convicted of "three counts related to the criminal acquisition or disposal of firearms". In the now deleted video, Kenneth boasts that his services are "very reasonable... because I'm basically going to be breaking the law here. And I'm okay with that because the law is corrupt". Maybe he will soon regret these words when he's behind bars.
