We the Unicorns

Here comes Lilly, ready to save your life!

Today in the news, we have a YouTube book announcement like never before because everyone's favourite Unicorn is taking her massively empowering lifestyle into the publishing industry - it's Lilly Singh! Available for pre-order right now but not released until March 28th 2017, Lilly is hitting your book shelves with a guide promising to kick life's ass; How To Be A Bawse: A Guide To Conquering Life.

In a crazy stunt on the Jimmy Fallon show on the 22nd of July, Lilly announced her new book to the world by explaining to Jimmy what a bawse is; someone who "exudes confidence, reaches goals, gets hurt efficiently, and smile genuinely because they've fought through it all and made it out the other side". You can check out more information about the book on it's official website and even preorder it on Amazon as of today!

On her personal YouTube channel (which is MEGA close to hitting 10 million subscribers by the way!), Lilly dropped one of the sickest book launch videos we've ever seen. Featuring Lilly in a boxing ring fighting an anonymous enemy, we hear her motivating herself to get up and fight back against her demons regardless of how much they keep knocking her down. Honestly, we feel inspired as hell, but desperately want to know if it was The Rock making a secret cameo...

One of the most powerful lines from the announcement video sees Lilly talking about low moments in her life in which she never thought she would recover; "Life absolutely kicked my butt. I was depressed. I lost friends. I had no goals, no job. I had no spark. I had no fight left in my. I honestly thought it was all over". So coming to a bookstore near you in 2017, Lilly Singh will officially be teaching you how to be a bawse, and not "just surviving life, but conquering it".
