Trending All Day, which is, in their words "the #1 social media influencer site in the world" recently congratulated Zoe Sugg and Joe Sugg on "celebrating their five year anniversary". They also called Joe and Zoe, who are biological siblings, a "fan-favourite YouTube power couple".
The site seems to have confused Joe with Alfie Deyes, who is Zoe's actual longterm boyfriend. The main clues to the fact that Joe and Zoe are not a couple are probably that they have the same surname, and the fact they are related by blood. Dating one's sibling is considered taboo in the vast majority of human cultures.
Now we don't want to be too hard on the folks over at TAD, after all, everyone is capable of making a simple mistake. Kind of hard to understand how you could make this mistake, but hey, anything is possible. When it's an early morning or late night and you haven't had enough sleep, stories can come out differently than you intended. The site has now updated their article with the correct information.
