'Steamed Hams' segment of a Simpsons episode which is massively popular online, due to its dry humour and general random, ambling nature.

The sketch stars Superintendent Chalmers, a man from Utica, New York; and Seymour Skinner, an odd fellow who steams a good ham and enjoys isometric exercise.

The iconic skit was part of the episode '22 Short Films About Springfield', which is considered by Simpsons fans to be one of, if not the, best Simpsons episode of all time.

Now veteran Simpsons writer Bill Oakley has tweeted out pictures of the first draft of the 'Steamed Hams' script. It looks like it arrived basically fully formed, but diehard fans will notice one or key differences:
