WARNING: You're gonna cry.

Rachel Levin, or RCLBeauty101 as she's known on YouTube, is one of the most famous beauty and fashion creators on the whole Internet. However, unlike her humorous Disney Princess parodies, Rachel just uploaded one of the most powerful videos we've ever seen, designed to make you question whether you would ever call your younger self "ugly".

In the short video, Rachel is seen complaining about typical beauty struggles; "my dark circles are too dark to put concealer on", "my lips are literally too small", "my nose is too big" and "my eyebrows are too bushy". These statements about self-inadequacy are typical for teenagers as well as older generations - but would you ever say something like that to a young girl... or even to yourself as a child?

You can see what happens when Rachel meets her child-self in the video below.

The video hits home about how often we call ourselves "ugly", and whether the word is far more damaging than we think it is. Rachel's younger self starts shouting if her scars and "stretch marks are too ugly" too, and even though present day Rachel tries to explain that as a little girl she is "beautiful", the young Rachel replies "then why can't you say that to yourself". BOOM, suddenly we're all in floods of tears for not loving ourselves the way we were brought up to do so.

Let us know in the comments below how you feel about Rachel's "I Am Ugly" video, and whether it has changed your perception of self-acceptance and beauty.
