The Try Guys are hosting this year's Streamy Awards.

Ah, The Streamy Awards, a glamorous event honouring iconic content on the internet, and the creators of said content. It's essentially a major awards show for all online content creators. The awards are truly a dream, and this year - the 8th year the awards will be taking place - is looking to be the best yet. This is partly because the Try Guys are hosting!

YES, YouTube's very own Try Guys have been chosen to host the prestigious awards, which will be taking place on Monday 22nd October at 9 pm ET / 6 pm PT. (If you're in the UK, that's 1 am on Tuesday 23rd.)

Watch the announcement video below, but be warned, it might be too hot to handle.

As well as the Try Guys, Tana Mongeau is presenting, along with Patrick Starrr, Mamrie Hart, Liza Koshy, Grace Helbig, and Eva Gutowski.

The Streamy nominations were announced last week, and they include a whole host of our favourite YouTubers in a range of categories like 'Show of the Year', 'Creator of the Year', Fashion, Gaming, Beauty, Podcast, and lots more.

Nominees are not even necessarily limited to YouTubers - Neil Patrick Harris won in their first year for his part in the online series 'Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog', and this year, we have the likes of The Look-See, Bravest Warriors, and The Mortified Guide.

If you're interested in voting, head over to the Streamys Twitter, and vote by retweeting, and tweeting nomination hashtags.
