You basically NEED to be there.

As we get deeper and deeper into 2016, conventions and festivals across the planet start announcing all their headlining acts. Unfortunately, this means our bank accounts begin weeping as we hurriedly buy a ticket to every single YouTuber convention POSSIBLE. After this weekend though we're really low on funds because VidCon, the biggest convention of them all, just announced the first bunch of creators making their way to the USA in June.

Hosted in the Anaheim Convention Center from the 23rd to the 25th of June, John and Hank Green are bringing back the most popular convention for YouTubers, Viners, fans and everything else in between. In fact, the show is so popular that they've already sold out half of their VidCon Community tickets. Are you still wondering why it's so popular? Well to clarify, VidCon has just announced the debut creators in attendance, and there's 172 of them! We've spotlighted some of the ones we're most excited about below.

Over the course of the weekend, you can expect to find creators who "speak on panels, perform comedy sketches, play music, participate in signings, answer questions, present inspiring talks, and otherwise create the content that makes VidCon an awesome event". So keep your eyes peeled on official VidCon social media platforms and their website as we're due to have "HUNDREDS" of creators still to come as we get closer to opening day.

In an exciting turn of events, for their 7th annual show, VidCon have announced two brand new developments to come to the Convention Center; the first of which being a whole new set of stages to ensure that they can host more panels, Q&A;'s and activities for everybody in attendance. And secondly, a brand new stage will be added to the main stage of the Convention Center which will be "dedicated entirely to gaming, with panels and discussions about how to create good gaming content, live gameplay with top creators, and more".

So whether you're going to VidCon to be a major stan or perhaps you have your own panel to host, we're too excited to see who else is still to be announced. We'll keep you updated if there are anymore announcements, but until then, do you think you could name everybody on our VidCon/YouTuber round-up image? Post your results in the comments below!
