Here's who got nominated and exactly what they've done to deserve it.

NME, a British music magazine that's almost 70 years old, has sat up and noticed modern entertainment this year by nominating YouTubers for their new 'Vlogger of the Year' award. The whole show is set to celebrate the absolute cream of British talent and we could not be prouder to see our digital friends up there too.

So who exactly got nominated? Let's take a look below at who they are and what they've done this year.

Dan Howell - Danisnotonfire.

Do we even need to tell you what Dan has been up to this year?! He has done so amazingly well that we feel super maternal and pleased with him! The debut book from Team Phan, The Amazing Book Is Not On Fire, came out and destroyed the book charts. In addition, Dan has doing some voice work in Big Hero 6 and is holding the title for 'fastest growing channel on YouTube' with DanandPhilGAMES, hitting 1 million subscribers in just 7 months. Go Dan!

Charlie McDonnell - Charlieissocoollike.

This British YouTuber started presenting the show Cereal Time as well as voicing the main character in one of the most hotly anticipated indie video games of 2015, Volume. Oh, he also celebrated eight years on YouTube... which is impressive we suppose.

JJ Olatunji - KSI.

As well as a debut EP entitled 'Keep Up' and his very first book 'I Am A Bellend', KSI is expanding his business empire and releasing a video game in the next few months.

Joe Weller.

You may recognise Joe as part of the Ultimate Sidemen crew. In fact, two other Sidemen are on this list in the form of KSI above and Vikkstar123 coming up next! Joe is known for his hilarious FIFA commentaries as well as amazing sketch comedy videos.

Vikram Barn - Vikkstar123.

The third and final member of team Ultimate Sidemen to be nominated by NME this year (a pattern, we assume?) is Vikkstar123. He has uploaded Minecraft videos pretty much every single day for that last four years, but also specialises in Call of Duty and Grand Theft Auto Lets Plays.

Savannah Brown.

Last but not least we have Savannah! You may recognise her from the viral poetry slam video she posted last year in response to Nash Grier and his 'What Guys Look For In Girls' video that upset a lot of people. Her views on feminism and diet pills have built up quite a following for this thought provoking 18 year old, so keep werking it girl!

Stay tuned for the Awards Ceremony in 2016 to cheer on your fave!
