Will these people ever leave Zoella alone?!

On the 20th of July, Zoella once again started trending worldwide with another hashtag designed to get her fans more involved with her Book Club campaign. But whilst a large majority of her fans were truly eager to find out Zoe (and Mark's!) favourite books, it looks like a small proportion of people on Twitter wanted to use the opportunity to accuse Zoella of ghost reading.

The trend, which saw over 20,000 tweets throughout the course of its popularity, had thousands of eager fans asking Zoe her opinion on various book related topics. We were able to find out her favourite book covers, endings and even who she would like to see play Girl Online characters in a movie adaptation, but these were ruined by Twitter trolls trying to spoil everybody's fun; "What is this trash hashtag, is she finally confessing she hasn't written a word in her book?".

Most of the tweets simply made fun of Zoella and the previous accusations of her Girl Online series being written by a ghost author, but certain individuals made it very clear that they were sick of seeing her brand popping up on their timeline; "Why is this sh*t trending? I swear I have said this 5 f*cking times".

One of the harshest criticisms of the trend, in addition to attacking all of Zoella's hard work in the publishing industry, came from @sukilouu who suggested that not only does Zoe ghost write her books, but that she ghost READ books as well to set up her Book Club; "Does she actually read the books or does she pay someone to read them for her?". We, obviously, think this is totally rubbish and we have nothing but support for Zoe and everything she does, so thank god she and the rest of her fanbase ignored these idiots.
