Forbes has published its highest grossing YouTubers in 2018 list and there is a surprise winner

Forbes has published its highest grossing YouTubers in 2018 list and the top-earning vlogger in 2018 was a 7-year-old boy who reviews toys. No, we're not kidding.

The list estimates earnings based on data from "Captiv8, SocialBlade and Pollstar, as well as interviews with industry insiders." As it it turns out, reviewing toy$ is where the money is at in 2018.

So who is this incredibly rich child? His name is Ryan and his channel is called Ryan ToysReview. "Ryan’s just like every other 7-year-old", reads the Forbes bio. "He loves Legos, trains, cars, Disney—and his 17 million followers, who have generated 26 billion views. The latest from the toy-critic tot: a signature line of stuffed animals, collectibles, apparel and more, now selling at Walmart."

Thanks to his 26 billion views, Ryan earned $22 million dollars in 2018. Good for him. We're happy for him. Honestly, it couldn't have happened to a better 7-year-old. We hope he spends all his millions wisely.
