Hundreds of merchandise orders were undelivered.
Elijah Daniel has apologised to fans after around 200 merchandise orders were unfulfilled.
On March 6th, Elijah was forced to accept responsibility for missing @ pack merchandise after a fan called former creative partner Christine Sydelko out for not receiving their merch. However, Christine insisted that this was down to Elijah.
ngl it’s literally all Elijah’s fault. He said he’d handle merch then ignored all his responsibilities and didn’t fulfill orders so now that I’m finally on my own I went with an actual merch company who will actually do their jobs so you can actually get what you paid for 🤷♀️ https://t.co/VrbndhfcOa— Christine Sydelko (@csydelko) March 6, 2018
The merchandise blunders have led to some accusing Elijah of scamming fans, which he denies.
That’s terrible. I hope he gets his stuff together tbh cuz Christine shouldn’t be in this “scam”— Emma (@EmmaSmithCH29) March 6, 2018

@elijahdaniel @csydelko did you guys scam me or does your merch really take over a month to get here, it was a supposed to be my christmas present but now it's half way through january and it still isn't here— peyt (@plentyobscure) January 18, 2018
Now, Elijah has addressed the missing merchandise in a statement.
Explaining that he has now employed a team of people to "make sure every single order is fixed or refunded," Elijah apologised to everyone who had experienced issues with their orders.
He denied claims that he "scammed" fans, and put the blunder down to "poor management" on his end. Insisting that he had been trying to fix orders before the issue was tweeted about earlier this week, Elijah said that he has been "paying for all the mistakes" himself. He added that "none of this was Christine's fault."
