You could be paid in "exposure and a whole lotta fun"!
Always wanted to work for Jake Paul? Aspiring music producer? Well, the good news is that Jake Paul is currently looking for an intern. The bad (and by bad... we mean terrible) is that, despite being worth millions, the YouTuber is probably not going to pay you for it.
Taking to Twitter today, the Jake posted that he was looking for a music producer & engineer to come and work for him full-time.
“If you are a young aspiring music producer & engineer, pls read,’ he wrote. “We are in need of a full time in-house producer/engineer who will mainly act as an engineer for us.”
“This will be an internship position and will provide you with real life expierience (sic), connections, exposure, & a whole lotta fun. ‘We want a hard working person who’s proficient in recording on all softwares (pro tools, logic, fl, ableton, etc..).” He also added that he’s after “serious enquiries only”.

Well, of course, the internet was having none of it.
They came out in full force to let Jake know that, y’know, considering he’s worth an estimated $19 million, he can probably afford to spare enough cash to at least pay an intern enough money to live.
thats quite the juicy paycheck ur offering there ✋🏻😳✋🏻— Quackity (@QuackityHQ) May 24, 2019

Did you, a millionaire, just offer to pay someone in exposure?— Bunty King (@realbuntyking) May 24, 2019
You’re SO ugly.
this is DISGUSTING! PAY YOUR PRODUCERS! an INTERN? how fucking rich are you and you don't want to pay someone who's spent YEARS learning a craft and investing their time and money into buying software and hardware???? you grow more and more pathetic every day.— Anna Yvette 🦄 (@annayvettemusic) May 24, 2019
Oh yeah my rent is actually 800 Exposures per month! Perfect— Ali (@ali_saysthings) May 24, 2019
Or you could hire a professional and pay them what they're worth so maybe your music could have the potential to be listenable— tristan (@maestroparedes) May 24, 2019
You titled this wrong. Should be: "pls read if you’re an aspiring music producer/engineer who's also kinda very stupid and is willing to work full-time for a small/no amount of money lmao no for real I won't pay you even tho i always flex how much money i have"— Fredrik (@F_Edits) May 24, 2019
Hope this helps

It isn't the first time Jake Paul has been caught up in controversy recently. He recently was called out by Cody Ko for a disastrous attempt he made at trying to call him out as a cyber bully and made an attempt at confronting Lil Xan over claims he cheated on Tana Mongeau. A house party he recently held for rapper Desiigner's 22nd birthday is also apparently under investigation due to reports that several people at the party were drugged.
