"I’ve gotten really good at biting my tongue with drama but..."

James Charles has spoken out against some YouTubers and Twitter users who have been reviewing his brand new Morphe make-up palette. In typical James fashion, things have got a little dramatic.

He tweeted:

"I’ve gotten really good at biting my tongue with drama but it’s been sooo hard watching palette reviews and seeing tweets of people just straight up lying for attention 🤐".

In the words of ABBA: "here we go again".

But what is he referring to?

Well, some YouTubers have begun posting video reviews of his palette, with some having decidedly more positive opinions about it than others.

Beloved YouTuber and former racist Laura Lee called it "a great palette" and said she had no problems with the swatches - which was a subject that previously caused a lot of contention for Charles.

This was an opinion shared by other YouTubers like Tati and Roxxsaurus.

But here's the thing - we've searched around to see which negative opinions Charles is referring to in his tweet, but aside from some videos with not many views and a handful of the usual negative opinions here and there on Twitter, there doesn't actually seem to be a lot of loud negative voices.

So, what exactly is James talking about? Maybe it's just nerves after the stress of releasing his much-hyped makeup palette.

Fans were here for James' shade (mostly)

Do you have James' new palette? What do you make of it?
