Lilly Singh is getting her own NBC talk show and the title is perfect

The YouTube star will host her own show, taking over the Last Call With Carson Daly slot on the late night NBC roster.

YouTube star Lilly Singh is headed to late night on NBC. Lilly will take over the spot currently held by Last Call With Carson Daly which airs on the network after Late Night With Seth Meyers.

Lilly shared the news on Thursday evening, confirming that A Little Late With Lilly was joining the NBC late night family. The star dropped by The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon to officially break the news.

"I'm so excited because I truly get to create a show from scratch," she told Jimmy. "I get to make it inclusive. I get to create comedy segments and interview people and really create something that I believe in and I'm so honoured and humbled."

On Twitter, Lilly shared an adorable snap with NBC late night mainstays Jimmy Fallon and Seth Meyers.

Stars like Kehlani, The Rock, and Nick Jonas congratulated Lilly, as did her many fans on social media. "My heart is so incredibly full," Lilly tweeted. "Thank you so much for all the love and positive energy."

Lilly did not announce an exact premiere date. However, she did hint at a fall/September time frame.

Lilly has 14 million YouTube subscribers and has carved out a space for herself on the platform with her satirical and highly creative content. She will be the first YouTube star to host an NBC late night show.
