Fans have reached out to support Mark during this time.

Markiplier is taking a break from sharing videos to YouTube following the tragic death of his niece.

In a video posted to YouTube on Sunday, Mark revealed his 19-year-old niece Miranda was killed in a car crash.

"I won't be able to make videos for a little bit," he told fans in the video.

The news sparked an outpouring of love from fans, who have told him to take as much time as he needs, following the tragedy.

"There are millions of people out there that support you," one fan wrote. Another said, "please take all the time you need to grieve."

In a second video posted today, Mark paid tribute to his niece, saying that she was one of his "earliest supporters" when he began his YouTube career. He also launched a GoFundMe to cover her funeral expenses, which you can donate to here.

Mark also thanked his fans for their support in the second video, saying "the feeling that I get when I know that you guys are willing to support me through thick and thin, it's an indescribable feeling."
