Did you know that fat people have sex? And not just in the missionary position? In every position going. Did you know there are guys out there who don't date overweight women because "they're into big girls" but because they love that girl just the way she is? Did you know that, despite their cellulite and back rolls, some plus size women wear tiny underwear because it makes them feel sexy? Good. Because mainstream media certainly doesn't and even The Holy Grail Of Openness, YouTube, hasn't had much to say about it.

Until now.

We've wrote a few things about LearningToBeFearless, AKA Alex, lately. Mainly how much we love her sass (and the her t-shirt designs). Just when we thought she couldn't win over our hearts anymore, she dropped the video that the entire world basically needed. Even if you have a supermodel body or something more average, here's five reasons you need to watch Alex's video on getting intimate when you're plus size.

"Everything comes with loving yourself first. Until I loved myself, you can't really give yourself to someone else... Once you feel more confident and sexy in yourself, you're going to feel more comfortable showing it to someone else."

PREACH! Sure, it's a LOT easier said than done but working on how you feel about yourself means the person you're with will get the best from you.

"Learn to love your flaws. We all have cottage cheese, we all got some stretch marks. Nobody's got the perfect body. Everyone is pretty much uncomfortable with something about themselves. Not everyone's a Super Human"

So next time you don't want to wear that maxi dress because you think you're too short or that dress because you're worried about stomach rolls, remember this. People are too worried about their own flaws to be looking at the ones you perceive yourself to have.

"If your partner makes you feel bad about your size then that's obviously a huge issue. You want to be loved for who you are"

You don't need that. Same goes for friends, family members, colleagues or even strangers. B-Y-E.

"You've got to try a little bit of everything until you find your favourite [position] and what feels best"

This also goes for pizza. Try all the pizza until you find your favourite, ok?

"People are attracted to what they're attracted to. Some guys like them thick, they like what they like."

YES! So next time you think a guy or girl is just hitting on you because you're the token fat/short/tall/Asian/big-busted one, think again.
