Fans have turned on the singer

Poppy is being criticised by viewers for a new video entitled 'drama', which some think is a direct, passive agressive attack on Mars Argo and the lawsuit she has filed against Titanic Sinclair.

It's a long story, but in short, singer Mars Argo is suing Poppy's manager Titanic Sinclair on grounds of abuse (you can read the full story here). Poppy recently released a statement in which she sided with Titanic, and now her new video seems to expand on that.

The video does mention Mars by name, but talks about 'fame' and about how some people are famous and some aren't, and seems to have a general message of people being jealous of other people because they're famous. This curiously specific message (for a Poppy video), combined with Poppy's shady expression, and the timing of the video release, has lead fans to suspect the video is about the lawsuit. And here's the thing - Poppy's fans are not feeling it.

Top comments on the video include: 'so untastefully passive aggressive' (which has over 750 likes), 'You guys really think right now was the right time to do this?' (400+ likes), 'This is petty. Not a good look at all.' (160+ likes), 'abuse isn't "drama"' (700+ likes) and 'this was low' (800+ likes). The list of negative comments just goes on and on. It seems that no one is happy with this video. You can see it for yourself here:
