"The moral of the story is don't take people for granted"

Brad Sousa, the ex-boyfriend of YouTuber and convention mogul Tana Mongeau has broken his silence after the pair parted ways following accusations of cheating.

Tana previously posted an emotional video, titled "i got cheated on but that's okay", in which she says she ended things with Brad after she discovered his infidelity. Now Brad has spoken out publicly for the first time about the saga, and has mostly verified what Tana said.

In a new video, called simply "im sorry.." (which, infuriatingly only has two ellipses in it, instead of the normal three), Brad says:

"What happened in her video is true. There was a little bit of over-exageration... but I mean what she was going through and what I had done, I don't blame her for speaking her mind and her truth and her heart."

He goes on to say:

"Coachella weekend was very bad... people think I cheated on her during the weekends, that's not true... I never physically touched another girl during our relationship ever... I did Snapchat a few girls from back home and they did send me nudes and I did reply, I did. I was drunk, stupid, didn't realise what was going on - regardless I was an idiot."

He says these girls "gave him 0% of what Tana did... that girl's perfect."

He concludes that:

"I'm very sorry for what I did... I just want to make sure that Tana's the happiest person ever... we still talk." Although he says he would understand if she wanted to stop talking.

But fans and viewers don't seem to be accepting Brad's apology just yet. At the time of writing, the dislikes on the video outnumber likes by more than double the amount. The comments are also very pro-Tana, as are the tweets:
