Judging by some rough maths, at least...

With all those involved in the Tati Westbrook/James Charles feud apparently agreeing to stop posting publicly about the drama (for now at least), it seems as if the dust might have settled on all the chaos surrounding the YouTube beauty community lately.

The feud - which will quite literally take several years to explain to you in full detail at this point (but there’s a handy explainer here if you need a refresher) - resulted in both the YouTubers having quite dramatic changes in their subscriber counts.

James Charles lost 1 million subscribers in the 24 hours after Tati posted her original ‘Bye Sister’ video alone, going on to lose over 3 million overall, before bumping his subscriber count back up to 1 million after he posted his own video responding to Tati’s claims. He currently has 15.3 million subscribers.

Tati meanwhile DOUBLED her subscriber count in the wake of all the drama, jumping from 5 million to 10 million - and, of course, millions of extra subscribers on YouTube can lead to some serious cash.

So how much could Tati Westbrook have made?

Lots of things go into a YouTuber's income, so it’s hard to come up with an exact figure. But we can make a rough estimate by looking at reportings of other YouTuber’s earnings.

For example, Ryan of Ryan Toysreview - who was named the world’s highest earning YouTuber last year at just 7-years-old - made an estimated $22 million dollars last year from his channel, according to Forbes, with around 18 million subscribers. In other words, he made $22 million from having just under double the amount of subscribers Tati has.

If we use the figures as a benchmark, do some maths and assume the earnings ratio is somewhat similar between the two channels (though, of course, they’re unlikely to be exactly the same), that would put Tati’s potential channel earnings with 10 million subscribers somewhere around the $12 million mark - assuming that she keeps all the new followers she’s made.

It's hard to know for sure, but considering she’s doubled her followers since the feud began and the extra subscribers can equal millions of dollars potential income - that means she’s potentially upped her future earnings by quite a considerable amount in the last few weeks alone.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Tati is currently worth around $6 million. But now she's been more in the spotlight than ever before, we can only expect that number to steadily increase.
